Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy offers store credit for returns. Please review the details below for more information.


RETURNS

  • Returns must be postmarked within three (3) days from the date of purchase.

  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. To initiate a return, please email customer service at Kandletreatsshop@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Mail your return to the address provided in the email response. Please send the return to the following address:

RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the item’s condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

  • If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us at the email address below, and we will arrange for either a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
